The McSpadden M12-S is a classic hourglass shaped Appalachian dulcimer known to have warm, mellow tone and excellent sustain. It features heart-shaped soundholes, a solid spruce top a walnut fretboard and neck, and a 28 3/8" scale length (VSL) This dulcimer includes both a 6 1/2 fret and a 13 1/2 fret. This instrument plays and sounds great! This dulcimer is in "hardly touched" condition, especially when you realize that it's 25 years old! It comes with a McSpadden gig bag. If you're looking for an almost new-25 year old dulcimer, don't let this one get away!
