The Martin 012-28 Modern Deluxe is a fresh, sophisticated take on classic Martin craftsmanship. This twelve-fret 0-size model brings together vintage appointments and modern design in a way that's unlike anything else in the Martin line. Featuring a spruce top with VINTAGE TONE SYSTEM® (VTS) treatment for that rich, fully aged Martin sound, it also has a traditional dovetail neck joint and natural protein glue construction for exceptional resonance. The striking aesthetics include European flamed maple binding, bold herringbone top inlay, stylish gold frets, and a unique 1930s-style pearl script headstock logo. Modern innovations like Liquidmetal® bridge pins, a carbon fiber composite bridgeplate, and a subtly asymmetrical Vintage Deluxe neck profile deliver incredible playability and boosted volume. Beautiful, refined, and ready for anything—this guitar is anything but standard.
