Whether you're playing the local bar scene Friday nights, carrying the rhythm Sunday mornings, or blazing the tour circuit seven days a week, the Lakland Skyline 55-02 Deluxe bass has the sonic flexibility and precise feel you need. You'll have exceptional access to the entire fretboard thanks to the deep cutaway. And with a 3-band EQ, you'll be able to hit your bass amplifier or direct box with your tone already dialed in. So, if you want more from your bass without spending more for your bass, then the 55-02 Deluxe by Lakland is perfect for you!

Longer scale length for better B-string tone

Bassists at Sweetwater especially like Lakland five-string basses because their longer 35" scale length holds the low B string at a higher tension. This means that your lowest notes will have more punch and impact, with more note definition too. If you've played a few five-string bass guitars you know that some of them can sound quite flubby in the lowest registers - with the Lakland Skyline 55-02 Deluxe your tone will stay tight and pronounced right down to the low B.

The Lakland Skyline 55-02 Deluxe bass features the perfect combination of tonewoods, giving you a harmonically rich and hard-hitting sound like no other. What's more, its smoothly contoured ash body makes the Skyline 55-02 Deluxe one of the most comfortable basses you'll ever pick up, and its solid maple neck adds extra punch and sustain to every note you play.

Lakland Skyline 55-02 Deluxe 5-string Bass Guitar Features:

• An affordable custom bass with active pickups
• Quality tonewoods include ash, quilt maple, maple
• Comfortable for long gigs
• Perfect for any style of music
