Mark Stein/Vanilla Fudge B-3 and Leslie 122

Offering MARK STEIN / VANILLA FUDGE Vintage Hammond B-3 and Leslie 122.

Mark's PERSONAL B-3 and Leslie 122 played on tour with VANILLA FUDGE and other top-named Bands. The Serial Number plate on the B-3 is lost to time, but has been evaluated as built in 1959 by a veteran Hammond Tech. This is NOT a “Parts” Organ, although the Chorus/Vibrato scanner has been replaced by a unit originally installed on a Hammond A-100, provenance unknown. The cabinets of both pieces are original, with original Walnut Finish. There are no aftermarket "upgrades" or additions. These instruments have been in Mark's possession since 2005, and were his #1 touring instruments from that period. They appeared on a TV special featuring Vanilla Fudge and the Doors of the 21st Century. They are heard on the Vanilla Fudge Album "Spirit of '67" and Mark's solo Album "There's A Light". The instruments have been carefully maintained over the years and have remained in Mark's possession the entire time. Both instruments are in perfect working order. There has been some custom hardware programming on the B-3 presets to Mark's taste. Included in the deal are Top-quality Calzone Flight cases for the B-3 and Leslie. The original "Mark Stein/Vanilla Fudge" stenciling is prominent on the cases. There are minor “road dings” in the cabinets of both instruments common with instruments of this age.

The Hammond 25-note Pedalboard is NOT available on this instrument. A vintage Hammond 25note Pedal Clavier may be added by the buyer. The bench is not present, as well.

These instruments are being offered as a package, and will not be separated

Mark will autograph the Organ, if desired, and provide a letter of authenticity of ownership.

Mark is divesting these instruments in the name of Downsizing. The instruments are located in Stuart, Florida. Private showings of the instruments may be scheduled for serious inquiries.

These instruments may be locally picked up in Stuart, Florida. Any shipping/freight of these instruments are beyond the sale price and must be arranged by the buyer. We can advise proven instrument cartage companies.
