The Alvarez LP60e Sunset combines the intimate feel of a traditional parlor guitar with the refined construction and appointments of the Laureate Series. Its compact body, 24-inch scale and 12-fret neck joint make it an inviting instrument to settle in with, while the Sunset gloss finish adds warmth and vintage charm.

A AAA solid North American Sitka spruce top pairs with solid African mahogany back and sides for a voice that blends clarity with a warm, woody character. It’s a natural fit for expressive fingerpicking, blues passages and relaxed strumming, with all-solid construction bringing depth and responsiveness to its smaller format.

Alvarez’s FS6 forward-shifted bracing features carefully selected quartersawn Sitka spruce braces, sanded by hand to refine their weight and response. That care extends throughout the instrument, with individually selected bridge plates, side braces and kerfing reflecting the Laureate Series’ considered approach to the build.

An ebony fingerboard, traditional single-level ebony bridge and ebony headstock facing give the LP60e a handsome, cohesive appearance. Premium abalone inlays and ivoroid binding provide understated detail, while a bone nut and saddle, ebony bridge pins and premium open-gear tuners complete the appointments.

With a spacious 1¾-inch nut width, an LR Baggs HiFi pickup system and an included Alvarez AFC30 case, the LP60e Sunset brings traditional parlor appeal to everyday playing and amplified performance.
