This very well looked after Pau Ferro SRV Strat is something to behold. With a Pau Ferro fretboard and gold hardware, it's a flashy and eye-catching guitar. Just like the man himself( aside for the guitar part)! This guitar is in overall very good condition especially for its age with minimal fret wear and very signs of being out of its case. This guitar does NOT have the earlier rosewood fretboard, but functionally it's really splitting hairs. Unfortunately, instead of being advertised as a different wood choice, Pau Ferro ended up being marketed as a "replacement" for rosewood causing the stigma that a lot of collectors seem to have around it. Even though it's a lighter wood color wise, Pau Ferro is a harder wood that tends to be a bit brighter, snappier and glassier; perfect for an SRV guitar!
