With the Player II Modified series, Fender is launching brand new instruments that have been equipped with modern features and at the same time carry the traditional Fender sound! The Fender Player II Modified Precision Bass MN Sunshine Yellow has been equipped with an active Preamp with 3-band EQ and thus not only enables the iconic Precision Bass sound, but also impresses with its handling and tonal versatility. A Fender Deluxe gig bag is also included for safe transportation. With beautiful new colour variations and flexible features, the instruments in the Player II Modified series meet the demands of modern bassists looking for a traditional Precision Bass with great upgrades!

The alder body is complemented by a bolt-on maple neck, which allows for comfortable playability thanks to the modern "C" profile. The maple fingerboard is equipped with 20 medium jumbo frets and a 9.5" radius, allowing crisp bass lines or demanding licks to be played with ease. The solid 4-saddle HiMass bridge improves Sustain and string action, while the four open-gear tuners ensure reliable tuning. Overall, the Player II Modified Precision Bass impresses with its great workmanship and superb handling, making the E-Bass ideal for all genres from Blues to rock and everything that goes further!

In terms of sound, the Player II Modified P-Bass is extremely flexible: the Modified Precision Bass split coil with its strong character sits in the middle position, delivering rich depth, assertive mids and punchy directness. In the bridge position, a Noiseless Jazz Bass single coil provides additional sound possibilities alongside the split coil. At the heart of the E-Bass is the preamp with active 3-band tone control and additional passive treble control - a great feature that reveals the full range of classic and modern sounds. There is also an active/passive switch that switches off the Preamp if required, allowing the instrument's rich response to be tamed and versatilely adjusted to suit your taste!
