In a word, Perfection.

Bringing the manufacturing in-house to their new state of the art factory meant Yamaha finally had the freedom to improve and advance like never before. After over three years of development which enlisted over 100 of the most seasoned and successful drummers of our time, the new Absolute Hybrid Maple achieves a quantum leap in dynamic response, tone, tuning range, hardware engineering and beauty. What's even more amazing is that by controlling every step of the manufacturing process in-house, Yamaha now delivers these premium kits with unparalleled precision quality at a lower consumer price than before.
