This is the Eastman E10D-TC dreadnought acoustic. This model features Eastmans new "True Tone" gloss finish which is similar to nitrocellulose lacquer but with a bit more durabilty and longevity to it so that the guitar remains looking pristine for a longer period of time. It also has a "thermo-cured' solid Adirondack spruce top - where the wood undergoes a roasting process to remove excess sugars and moisture - replicating the tone of a vintage instrument which has been played-in for decades. For those that want to skip a few years and have that warm vintage acoustic sound right out of the case, pick up a Thermo-Cure topped Eastman.
