The Ibanez SR305EB Electric Bass Guitar is the latest incarnation of the ever popular model in the Ibanez SoundGear series. It still utilizes the super comfortable slim neck, sleek compact body but now features a pair of brand new pickups and a new 3-band EQ system with a 3-way Power Tap switch for supreme tonal versatility. A superb bass delivering unbelievable value for money.

The new PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups feature exposed pole pieces and have been designed by Ibanez to produce a stronger signal with increased response and high end whilst maintaining that all important low end. You'll get a tone rich with harmonic details and whilst delivering great dynamics for added expression.

Added tonal versatility comes in the way of the new 3-band EQ system with Power Tap switch. The 3-Band EQ gives you on-board control of bass, middle and treble whilst the 3-way Power Tap switch gives access to 3 pickup modes. Tap Modes delivers single coil tones, punchy with great articulation, Series Mode is that fat, warm humbucker sound, whilst Power Tap Mode is best of both worlds combining the clarity of the single coil with the fat bottom end of the humbucker

The SR305EB not only sounds great but is a breeze to play thanks to its modern design. The compact, sleek mahogany body is ultra comfortable whether you're sitting or playing those long gigs, whilst the satin finished, 5 piece neck is super slim and easy to play.
