As she stands the guitar is playable with action acceptable at 54 years old,

So if you can deal with the higher action, its fine, I can play the guitar right across the board however I'm used to classical action

Cosmetics 8/10 with only some lacquer wear/losses on the neck as shown

Structure 8/10 there is a pin split across the bridge which is quick to restore, the neck could benefit from a reset as with any 56 year old acoustic

There is a small amount of saddle, and a lot of bridge to shave for a quick way to drop the action.
