The LTD Iron Cross is a stunning Signature Series model designed in collaboration with Metallica’s frontman, James Hetfield. Built to Hetfield’s personal specifications, the Iron Cross is a powerful and reliable instrument for rhythm guitarists across all genres. Featuring set-neck construction, the Iron Cross boasts a mahogany body with a maple cap, paired with a 3-piece mahogany neck for rich, resonant tones and exceptional sustain. The Macassar ebony fingerboard features 22 extra-jumbo frets and a striking Iron Cross inlay at the 12th fret. Equipped with James Hetfield’s EMG JH SET active pickups, this guitar delivers the crushing tones and clarity Hetfield is known for. Finished in Snow White with black stripes and an iron cross fixture, and outfitted with premium hardware like a TonePros locking TOM bridge, LTD locking tuners, and black hardware, the Iron Cross is as visually bold as it is sonically fierce.
