The 16" and 2.5" deep semi-resonant body of the Nashville Hollow Body with String-Thru Bigsby is made of maple laminate according to the classic recipe, remaining true to the basic tonal character of classic Gretsch instruments. Thanks to innovative 'Arc-Tone' bracing, the arched top with its eye-catching F-holes is particularly vibrant and resonant. The traditional standard U-profile maple neck, which is finished with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard, ensures tried-and-tested playability.

The two Gretsch PRO-FT Filter'Tron pickups installed in the neck and bridge position of the Gretsch Nashville Hollow Body are particularly popular among country pickers and rockabilly fans and cover a wide sound spectrum from clearly defined cleans to expressive rock sounds. The two double coilers with the famous semi-open gold cover can be adjusted using the tried-and-tested Gretsch wiring, which consists of separate volume controls as well as a master Volume with 'treble bleed' circuit and a no-load tone pot with "squeezebox" capacitor.
