Here for sale we have a left handed Warwick Streamer LX Jazzman active electric bass in the Burgundy Red Oil finish. Built in Germany in 2003, this bass features a Swamp Ash body, an AA Flamed Maple Top, an Ovangkol neck and a 24 fret Wenge fingerboard. The MEC J/MM single coil and humbucker pair are featured on this guitar, which are wired to a push/pull volume pot - when pulled it will bypass the active system - pickup pan, treble, bass, mid and a 3-way humbucker configuration switch (series/parallel/single-coil).

The satin neck has a smooth feel, this makes travelling up and down the neck a lot easier facilitating faster playing. The neck itself has quite a chunky feel, but is slim with the nut width being 1.53".  Having the thicker neck with the slimmer fingerboard is needed so that you are able to get a full and comfortable grip on the bass. 24 jumbo bronze frets feel solid under the fingers and aid further in faster playing and strong bends.

A common theme with Warwick basses is how organic they sound and this bass is no different. On the low end you can get a great growly-woody sound, whilst the highs are still punchy and clear. The vast controls featured on this bass allows for a great level of personalisation over your tone, so you can really dial in the sound that works best for you. Or you can use the controls to take advantage of the versatility of the instrument over a wide range of genres such as funk, rock, jazz, blues and many more.
