WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Works great. The desk if very sturdy and holds up nicely. Each caster wheel rolls smoothly as well. In all, everything is in excellent working condition.
PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent - There are a few minor abrasions around the desk. Note that the screws that mount the desktop and racks are not included. Otherwise, everything is solidly built, well-kept, and in excellent physical condition.
