With the Slash "Jessica" Les Paul electric guitar, Gibson is releasing a true icon that will be a real feast for the eyes, especially for fans of the legendary Guns N' Roses guitarist. "Jessica" has been Slash's main stage guitar since 1988 and has complemented the iconic guitarist's unique look for more than three decades now - reason enough to release a high-quality signature guitar with the authentic feel of the original "Jessica". The Les Paul consists of a mahogany body with a three-piece maple top and nitrocellulose finish in the color Honey Burst with Red Back. With two custom burstbucker pickups with Alnico 2 magnets, "Jessica" delivers a full sound and is particularly suitable for genres ranging from Classic rock to hard rock. Other highlights of the Slash "Jessica" Les Paul include the signature of the guitar star on the truss rod cover, a slash pick set, a USA leather strap, a multitool and an additional blank truss rod cover. All extras come with the Slash "Jessica" Les Paul in a matching hard case.

The Slash guitar comes with two Custom Burstbucker Alnico 2 humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions. Both pickups provide a rich sound with a high output, allowing the Guns N' Roses guitarist's creamy lead solos, broad Chords or exotic riffs to be reproduced with an authentic sound. The pickups are particularly suitable for warm overdrive sounds and rich distortion sounds - at the same time, the Custom Burstbuckers provide a saturated timbre for shallow clean tones.

Slash received "Jessica" from Gibson as one of two Les Pauls at the end of the 80s. Originally, the guitar arrived at Slash in a bright cherry Red sunburst. However, he had the guitar repainted, which is why the slight signs of wear on the nitrocellulose finish in the color "Honey Burst with Red Back" are intended to reflect the original. In addition, a reproduced Slash autograph adorns the truss rod cover, while the back of the headstock features the iconic Skull Slash sketch.
