Here's a lovely old parlor guitar project. I can't locate a maker on the guitar, but there are serial and model numbers on it, on the headstock and the heel block. The top appears to be Spruce and the back and sides are Brazilian Rosewood. X braced. There are some cracks on the guitar, most notably on the side near the strap button. The action is also high. There is room to take the saddle down, but it may need a next reset. This is being sold as-is, but it'll make for a great project since the guitar was very well built. Total length is 33 inches. The scale length is 21 1/4", nut width is 1 3/4". Please ask questions before buying. Thanks!
Update: I've been told that this is likely a late 1800s Lyon and Healy “Washburn” Style 145 that has been modified.
