I have two of these. One is getting used on my board. This one is sitting quietly in a drawer.
These are great pedals - i actually put these after a "thinner" sounding overdrive and it beefs it up really nicely.
Many people prefer the V1. I've never tried the other versions, so i can't speak to that.
Works great. Sold as-is, meaning i can't take it back if you simply don't like it.
