Lawsuit yourself, then.
Here it is, the best playing and sounding lawsuit acoustic I have ever played. I rescued it from a roadside pawn shop in Chattanooga. This one just has a certain mojo to it, the action is pretty unbelievably low and the vintage DeArmond clip in sounds INCREDIBLE. It has a few nicks and dings, but overall it is in pretty solid shape as well.
My favorite part is that they ripped off at least three different famous guitar company hallmarks on this one. The headstock shape is from one large company, the logo layout is from a different massive company and the body shape is stolen from yet another MASSIVE guitar company. It is like they couldn't decide who they wanted to rip off.
But, boy, am I glad they did....because this guitar is perfection. This thing just sings. One of the better playing and sounding guitars I have had in a while. Absolutely remarkable.
As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics, changed the strings and set the action low and smooth. This guitar has a vintage MIJ hardshell case, and I pack my guitars up tight and insure every package for the full purchase amount.
