Ludwig Vintage Downbeat 20 X 14 Bass Drum Shell, Rare "Lefty", Early 1960s, Silver Sparkle, Pre-Serial Keystone Badge!

Hello vintage Ludwig drum fans.

Here we have a vintage Ludwig Down Beat 20 round x 14 inch bass drum shell.

Finished in original silver sparkle wrap.

Keystone badge, pre-serial number badge placing the production date in the earlier 1960s.

All of the original hardware has been removed except for the badge and the rack tom rail mount base. 

All holes are original except for holes on top of the drum where a previous owner added a Ludwig diamond plate single shaft tom mounting port with shaft hole and four small mounting screw mounting holes. Eight lug hole pattern drum with original holes for 4 original legs/spurs and tom rail mount base.

Original Keystone badge and grommet are in place and in excellent condition, badge and grommet secured firmly to the shell.

Original silver sparkle wrap that is in excellent condition -- rich, glossy shine and vibrant sparkle finish. Even color, no color differentiation. Tight seam no lifting or bubbling. 

No tom rash. No shell damage. Bearing edges, interior and reinforcement rings are excellent. Shell is in round. Original natural wood finish shell interior.
