Sound Hole Kalimbas

The kalimba is a musical instrument that originated in Africa. It has been loved for centuries and is also known as the "mbira," "sansa," or "thumb piano." It consists of a wooden resonating box with metal reeds attached, and when the reeds are plucked with the thumb, it produces a delicate, metallic sound.

The Soundhole Kalimba is a melodic instrument with a beautiful sound, unique in both sound and design. Tuned to the C major scale, the 17 keys ensure consistent key play, eliminating the need to worry about hitting the wrong notes. Each model is crafted from high-quality maple, mahogany, or acacia. The traditionally shaped soundhole produces a warm tone and long sustain.

The kalimba comes with a dedicated case to protect it from scratches and other damage, as well as a microfiber cloth and cotton bag for cleaning and storing the instrument. It also includes a tuning hammer so you can tune your kalimba if needed.
