An octave fuzz for bass that produces an earth-shattering sound.

MXR engineers combined the Growl section of the Bass Octave Deluxe with a long-forgotten fuzz circuit. You can mix a fuzz sound with tone control via Bass/Treble and a dry sound with sub-octave and mid-range controls, giving you rumbling bass and fuzz without sacrificing the natural sound of your instrument.
The fuzz can also be switched between warm and bright, and the sub-octave can be turned on or off.
