An artistic chambered body crafted from the finest koo wood.
Lawrence's finest products are available at a special price.

Founded in 1986, Kenneth Lawrence Instruments is a world-class custom guitar and bass manufacturer located in Arcata, Northern California, where luthier Ken Lawrence crafts his instruments. While he is most famous for the guitars he made for James Hetfield of Metallica, Lawrence, who is also a professional bassist, is well-known among enthusiasts for the high-quality custom basses he creates.

With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, Lawrence avoids using rare woods as much as possible and insists on using sustainably sourced timber. Each instrument is meticulously crafted by Lawrence himself, without compromise, and its specifications vary from one to another to meet the individual needs of each customer. Rather than trying to meet a large volume of demand, he prioritizes creating a satisfactory instrument for each order, resulting in a very limited production run of only about 10 to 20 instruments per year.

This instrument is a chambered model of the "Brase II," featuring a top made of premium Hawaiian koa wood on a hollow, one-piece alder body, and set up with a low B tuning.
This guitar boasts a rich, resonant midrange thanks to its alder wood construction, and a wonderfully expansive sound due to its chambered construction. This particular instrument features a low B/HIPSHOT bridge.

Due to the limited number produced, both new and used models are extremely rare, making it very difficult to find a truly special one.

We've set a very attractive price due to inventory clearance.
The condition is generally fine, but please understand that there may be minor scratches.

If you've been curious about it, now's your chance!
