This drum is a mystery to me. I bought it to create a large USA custom kit and planned to rewrap all drums. I ended up selling the core kit so all these misfits need to go. I’m not sure if this is a refinish or not? It looks like somebody plugged the tom bracket holes when they added the suspension mount. I believe this is the jasper shell era. The drum sounds great especially with the double mufflers.
