G&L's ASAT continues to be loved as an evolutionary model of the Telecaster created by the father of the electric guitar, Leo Fender.
It is composed of a high-quality 2-piece ash body and maple neck with a thin finish, and its high grade quality can be seen.
The pegs are Sperzel and two MFD pickups are mounted for high output. The sharpness unique to ash, the attractive bite of the Tele, and the drive of the pickups are a perfect match. The condition is very good and recommended by our webmaster.
The condition is beautiful considering its age, with only minor dings, paint/parts dulling, and some stains.
The neck is in good playing condition with no noticeable abnormality. One pickguard screw is missing.
