The AH1000-12 is a powerhouse, providing a robust 1000W (2x500W) of power to meet the needs of demanding bassists. Its internal output stages utilize MOSFET technology and feature a dual-tube driver stage for signal pre-conditioning. With a 12-band EQ, bassists have extensive control over their sound. The amplifier boasts six footswitchable features, including Pre Shape for the classic Trace sound, Valve for added warmth or overdrive, a dual-band compressor with separate hi and lo bands, a sophisticated effects loop, and an output mute.
The Trace Elliot 1518C bass cabinet is equipped with a specially voiced 15" Celestion speaker, providing enhanced connectivity through 2 Neutrik Speakon and 2 - 1/4" jacks. Tuned to 40Hz with an unobstructed slot, this cabinet excels in delivering superb low-frequency reproduction. Its robust construction includes steel protective corners and a shockmounted steel grille, ensuring durability. With a power handling capacity of 300W, the 1518C is designed to deliver the classic Trace Elliot tone.
The 400W compact speaker cabinet features two specially designed 10" Celestion speakers and a high-frequency horn with variable attenuation. The carefully crafted drivers deliver substantial punch in the mid-range, complemented by the horn for added clarity in the upper frequencies. Tuned to 40Hz, this enclosure ensures excellent sound reproduction, particularly in the bass frequencies.
