Daion 'The '80 W' by Yamaki lawsuit Martin double neck steel string 6/12 string guitar
This guitar is an extremely rare boutique level instrument made right in the middle of the Martin lawsuit era. Playing this Double neck is a very unique and inspiring experience as the sympathetic vibrations create rich overtones. I can imagine that there are some amazing guitar pieces just waiting to be done justice on this instrument!
Comes with the original case.
- Top: Bookmatched Bearclaw mahogany.
- Back and sides: Laminate mahogany / rosewood.
- Necks: Mahogany
- Fretboards: Rosewood with Brass dots
- Tuners: Daion branded made in Japan. Most likely these are unbranded Gotoh tuners. They tune accurately and smoothly.

- Binding is all maple and adds a very classy touch to the instrument.
- Nut/Saddles are made of brass and are cut well. Intonation is good as well.
A Small amount of belly bow is present. A few small dings are present and I have photographed them towards the end of my pictures.
