Vintage 1976 Martin D 12-35 12-String Dreadnought w/ Original Hard Shell Case - Recent Neck Set

First things first- this guitar has INCREDIBLE ACTION!

The Martin D 12-35 12-string is a slope shoulder variation of the iconic D-35 model, delivering exceptional build quality, and boasts a powerful presence and balanced tonal character found in few vintage designs.

She is in VERY GOOD condition, with a recent neck set (9/15/2023) and sports the lowest action on any Martin I have seen in the 50 years I have been repairing instruments!

Has original finish, frets, nut, tuners, and case. New saddle, as well - bone and compensated. Very little fret wear and finish. Shows typical crazing with light bumps and scuffs as to be expected from a 1976 unit. Solid spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides. Over 4 decades of natural aging certainly enhanced its character, influencing its sound and appearance.

The guitar is in very good condition, has no cracks, and comes with its original case.
