With the Ibanez Gio GSR280QA-TMS Transparent Marine Sunburst Ibanez sends a convincing beginner bass with first-class handling and a dignified look into the race. Based on the ergonomic Soundgear design, the four-string comes with a lightweight Okoume body and a comfortably playable GSR4 maple neck. With two Ibanez Dynamix J pickups and active Phat-II EQ, the E-Bass delivers an extensive tonal palette that makes it an all-rounder for just about any style of music. Indestructible Hardware in the form of a B10 bridge and tuning-stable die-cast tuners also promises long-lasting playing pleasure with the Ibanez Gio GSR280QA-TMS Transparent Marine Sunburst electric bass.

A member of the popular Soundgear family, the Gio GSR280QA-TMS Bass combines ergonomic playing characteristics with a beautiful look. With its streamlined design, the lightweight okoumé body not only rests comfortably against the body but also assumes a robust and perfectly balanced position in both sitting and standing positions. The flat GSR4 profile of the bolt-on maple neck also promises smooth and beginner-friendly playing characteristics in all positions of the 22-fret Purpleheart fingerboard. Last but not least, the artificial "Art Grain Top" in cloud maple look provides an elegant look for the bass guitar.

As pickup for the Gio GSR280QA Bass Ibanez chooses two Dynamix J single coils with double pole pieces for each string. Separate volume controls allow smooth mixing of the pickup signals and varied tone colours between the wiry assertiveness of the bridge pickup and the deep bass foundation of the midrange pickup. In addition to the classic passive treble cutoff, Ibanez equips the bass guitar with the active Phat II EQ, which delivers a particularly rich sound by boosting the low and high-frequency ranges.

To guarantee long-lasting playing pleasure, Ibanez equips the Gio GSR280QA-TMS Transparent Marine Sunburst with reliable attachments. On the body, the four separately adjustable tailpieces of the solidly built Ibanez B10 bridge guarantee precise intonation adjustment and comfortable string action. On the narrow Soundgear headstock, Ibanez Die-Cast tuners also keep the Bass securely in the correct tuning.
