Beautiful 1937 Silver Hawaiian lap steel guitar from Rickenbacker, with the original spelling 'Rickenbacher' and the fabulous horseshoe pickup. This is the version with just a volume control knob. Sounds and looks gorgeous.

Three of the tuning pegs have some epoxy resin on them - they work fine and the lap steel stays in tune. There are some small tarnished spots on the back which are detailed in the photos.

The body cavity is stuffed with newspaper which is probably from the production year.

Come with the original hard case, which is in good condition for the age.
