The Bach Artisan A-47 professional trombone one of the newest models , in the line of quality Stradivarius trombones. This model has a modular design, which allows the student to adapt it to their needs, and playing style. It has a .547 bore, and accepts a large-shank mouthpiece. The bell is 8 1/2" inches, and was constructed as a one-piece, hand-hammered unit. It offers excellent projection, and has a vibrant rich tone. The reverse style slide construction offers a even, open response. This model is equally at home, as a solo instrument, and in an ensemble. Furthermore, is is great with both jazz and classical styles, and everything in between .This specific Bach Artisan Stradivarius A-47 professional trombone is in very-good playing condition. It has only had one previous owner, and it has been well-maintained. Our in-house band staff has tested this instrument. It looks, plays, and sounds great. The slide moves very smoothly and freely. The finish is also in good shape, with just some minor scratches on the curved section of the tuning slide.
