About This Listing

Ok. Why are you looking at a USA Hamer with a GORGEOUS flame top and Gibson pickups (not sure which model) for this price, when the two other similar models on Reverb are around $2,000?

Well, the previous owner had the brain fart and put on an Earvana nut, which includes taking about 1/16th of an inch off of the fingerboard. i had my luthier put a normal bone but back on, which meant the that slim sliver of rosewood had to be replaced. You can see it in the pics. It plays and sounds great, but I’m deeply discounting the price because of that issue. Very little fret wear, very slight buckle rash on the back, and a lacquer crack for about 1” on the bass side near the nut. It plays and sounds great, but it’s a player’s guitar. I just don’t have room for it anymore. Comes with a non-original case. I love these old Hamers, and this is a blowout deal!
