This is an F-30 Roy Smeck 12-fret dreadnought made by Dale Fairbanks in Connecticut.
This is Dale's take on the Radio Grande version of the Roy Smeck style, with neck binding and the more ornate Nick Lucas-style inlays on the fretboard. Similar to a 30's Gibson dreadnought but with a neck joint at the 12th fret, the soundhole closer to the center of the top, and a deeper body.
The specs are as follows: Top and bracing are spruce. Back, sides, and neck are mahogany Scale length: 24-3/4" Width is 16-1/4", depth at the neck block is 4-1/8" and at the tail 4-5/8". Nut width: 1-3/4". Saddle spacing: 2-3/8"
Excellent to near mint condition. Only issue are a few very superficial pick scratches adjacent to the soundhole which probably would buff out.
