Here for sale is a SUPER 80s slate marble V-style bass with a rosewood board, P-Style pickups and mojo to spare. These old electronics make it super punchy - it plays and sounds as good as the first day it was first purchased. I am really taken aback by the quality of this bass, it is miles better than some of the other MIK and even MIJ lawsuit and post-lawsuit era basses I have seen. It just feels solid and great in your hands, and the pickups absolutely growl. Perfect for metal, punk or any of your heavy rock n' roll needs.
Pretty straight forward. A great sounding bass -- no problems or play-ability issues. Low action and a stunning, worn in patina to boot!As always, I cleaned it up, polished the finish, oiled the board, flushed the electronics, changed the strings and set the action as low as I could. This bass has no case or gig bag. I pack my guitars tight and insure every package for the full purchase amount.
