Kit: This is a pro-level kit suited to a variety of styles of drumming. The Oaks have good attack and ability to cut through a mix, and the bass drum in particular is a cannon. If you've never played Oaks, you're probably not alone, but do a little research and you'll see how good a reputation this kit has. The hardware is top-of-the-line Yamaha. Everything is incredibly solid, from lugs to clamps to the excellent and flexible tom mounting system.

Condition: This kit has largely been spared the wear-and-tear of frequent gigging and travel. There are no functional issues. Cosmetically, there a small number (I counted three or so) faint scratches on the veneer--imperceptible except when I was disassembling to clean the kit prior to sale, and looking very closely at things directly under a harsh light.

The interior hoop of the bass drum does have some scuffing from pedal clamps--another issue that is imperceptible except when the changing heads, but I highlighted them in pictures. Otherwise, only issues are imperfections on a handful of the metal hoops due to humidity, which is unfortunately all but unavoidable living near the coast despite using a dehumidifier and trying to climate control. None of these cosmetic issues are noticeable in everyday use.

Extras: All tom heads are relatively new, clear Remo Emperors over Evans G1s. Kick batter is an Aquarian SuperkickII, and kick reso is the stock Yamaha, which I believe is a Remo Ambassador (don't quote me). I will also include Roadrunner bags for all drums except the smallest tom, which I must have lost along the way.
