Faster than a speeding bullet! 

This thing is sooooo cool. Super early budget model from Fender right before they cracked the "Squier" nut. This is the super early and rare version of this guitar where the pickguard and the bridge are all one solid piece. That is right ladies and germs, this guitar has the bridge pressed right into the pickguard. Wild. 

It plays and sounds great though -- the guitar might be budget, but there is nothing cheap about the way the pickups sound. Classic vintage Fender tone at a fraction of the cost of other models from this year. This one is in on consignment from a new regular of mine. He takes good care of his gear and does a little flipping on the side. Like all my consignments, this one is being sold "as described" regardless of condition.

As always, I cleaned it up, polished the finish, changed the strings and set the action low and comfy. I pack my guitars up tight and insure every package for the full sale amount.
