This Bongo 6 is looking for a loving home. It is a fantastic sounding instrument that plays like butter and has been well cared for—it was once my main bass and I have been its sole owner after having purchased it in 2012 from Bass Central. Selling because it has not received the love it deserves for the last few years.

The color, pickup configuration, and clover style tuning machines were all discontinued as options for the Bongo 6 not long after purchase.

There is one paint chip at the tip of the headstock, a slight indent from a string change below the E string tuning machine, and some minor scuffing near the control cavity. Also of note is the relocated strap button.

Included are a pair of Ernie Ball super strap locks and the original hard shell case. Recently restrung with D’Addario light gauge nickel wounds (32-130).

It weighs in at 10.8 pounds.
