Vic Firth’s new Signature model takes its name from the iconic jazz drummer Peter Erskine. Designed specifically for use in big bands, the Peter Erskine Signature stick features an unusually long and narrow shoulder. Furthermore, with a diameter of 14.9 mm, it falls somewhere between a standard 5A and 5B stick. This gives the stick excellent rebound characteristics, making it ideal for ride and hi-hat patterns.
