I'm afraid I don't know anything about ASAPH cymbals. I found a biblical reference to "Asaph, son of Berachiah" who played cymbals. That's all I can tell you about this cymbal brand. Frankie had a complete set that appear to have had little or no play. They are great sounding hand hammered cymbals in the spirit of old K Zildjians
