This is a Moog version 1 bicentennial set of Taurus pedals made in 1976. When I last had them serviced, the technician mentioned that the inspection certification from factory had fallen off due to dried up glue. He retrieved it from the inside of the unit and ask me if I wanted it so I have that available to you. They are a great set of pedals and I have maintained them through the years. There are 2 pedals that have cracks around the screws where they mount. I have used them this way for 25 years. There is no case. They come from a smoke free home.
