I am the original owner and it has barely been played. This is a very easy to play 5 string and has a wonderful tone. The back of the tuners may appear to have visual imperfections but that is protective film from the factory. There is a small ding on bottom of the lower bout. Reviews can be veiwed online. Free shipping in a gig bag and double boxed to the lower continental 48 states only. The gig bag is in excellent condition but does not have a shoulder strap.
