The Radial ProRMP is a 100% passive reamer. That means it requires no external power supply. The magic behind the ProRMP's great sound is a custom wound transformer that converts both the balanced line level source into a hi-z output for your amp while acting as an electrical isolator to eliminate annoying ground loops that can often cause hum and buzz. the sound. Easy-to-use plug and play, the ProRMP connects from the recorder to your amps and effects units and does all the impedance matching for you. Just adjust the level accordingly!

If an instrument needs a setup at destination, there are the sole buyer responsibilities as the instrument has been verified and set up before shipping.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.

[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.
