Big Break pickups for massive sound

Designed by renowned pickup builder Carey Nordstrand, Nordstrand Big Break pickups pump out powerful aggression and grit when used with the SR605E. By cramming a split-coil into a soapbar-style pup, Big Break pickups produce a massive, full-bodied sound while still retaining the clarity and character of a single-coil. Bassists love the added benefit of noiseless operation for cleaner tone.

Responsive neck made to play

Constructed using a 5-piece jatoba/walnut neck topped with a rosewood fingerboard, the SR605E’s beautifully smooth and responsive neck is ideal for fast runs, smooth grooves, and chugging pick-driven attack. The 34-inch scale length and 24 medium frets on the SR605E feel great and sound even better; plus, the addition of an Accu-cast B505 bridge lends stellar sustain and tone support to any style of play.
