About This Listing

This Guitar will need some work upon receipt.  The bridge has started to lift as you can seen in the photos above as well as the neck does have a small bow to it and may need  some fret work.  The binding is cracked in some areas as you can see in the photos above. Additional photos can be provided if needed.  In the mid 1970's it was common practice for Japan to copy the styles of US guitars. The US makers made a fuss over the Japanese copies of their guitars, claiming the headstock design was part of their trade dress and therefore protected. The Japanese companies altered the design of the headstocks, but continued to make quality instruments, incorporating other identical features.   Note:  THIS IS A GENUINE LAWSUIT ERA INSTRUMENT MADE BY TAKAMINE.
