Takamine F385 1978 - natural

Takamine F385 12 string, I have been asked to list this guitar for a friend, here is what I know : belonded to my neighbors dad, has not been played in over 15 years. I removerd the strings to clean and oil the fretboard, guitar will be shipped with new strings. The condition is very nice (see the last 3 pics for dings and scratches) little worn spot on the back of the neck, few dings on the top, shown with the pen. Frets look unused. Strings were so old and nasty, had to trash them but the action was nice and low with no buzzing. Comes with a nice padded gig bag. Thanks for looking.
