1988 MIJ Charvel Model 1A, Near Mint, TRS101 Upgrade, Charvel Gig Bag

Classic Charvel Model 1A, in fantastic condition, and very clean maple fretboard.

Body is clean, polished and waxed, fretboard is exceptionally clean, frets are polished and show no wear. The guitar is in beautiful and fresh condition. Only cosmetic marks are a super discreet area of missing lacquer at the tip of the headstock, and a tiny ding on the arm contour, as per last 2 photos. Hardware and electronics are clean and work as they should, the guitar doesn't look like it was played much, and likely slept in a closet for the last 30 years. Previous owner upgraded the standard trem to a solid all steel Takeuchi TRS101 (pro install).

The guitar is strung with a fresh set of 9-42 strings (you might have to stretch them a bit still, once you bring them back to tension). Depending on your favorite string gauge and action height, local climate, etc, you will have to fine tune the set up to your personal taste once the guitar settles down in its new home after a few days.
