1950's supro electric guitar, model?

a used 1950's supro electric guitar, not sure what model this is, comes with the original hardshell case, has been set up with new strings, the fretboard has three heavily grooved marks at the first and second fret, gold plating is tarnished, the neck is straight and the frets are good,  all of the electronics work, good playing guitar, see all photos.
