Structurally the shells are in-round with clean bearing edges and no ply separation. Heads have plenty of life left in them and all parts function correctly. It shows the normal wear and tear you would expect for a 25-year-old kit but in good to very condition overall. There are some nicks, scrapes, and dings in the lacquer, and the 13 seems to have most of it. The chrome has some light pitting, scratches, and rust and would benefit greatly from some polish.
