













These pickups are the earliest examples of modern day pickups. These are the original 490 Series of pickups that came out in the late 80s and very early 90s that replaced the "The Original' Bill Lawrence Designed Circuit Board pickups. Notice they still have the same base plate of Tim Shaw and Ttop pickups, but note their large screws akin to Dirty Fingers of the era. These are very early examples and are vintage correct and very hard to find to restore your early 90s custom back to stock!
