1970 LUDWIG Gold Sparkle Drum Set - Complete Set in Excellent Condition

1970 LUDWIG Gold Sparkle Drum Set - Complete Set in Excellent Condition with Double Floor Toms, 6 Zildjian Cymbals, Stands, Ludwig Speed King Kick Pedal, Ludwig Hi Hat Stand, Cases for all drums, Sturdy Hard Case with Wheels, and 5 AKG Maestro DM 100 Microphones with Stands. Everything you see in the pictures is included. I have owned this kit since it was new in 1970 and it has never left my music room. That's why it's in amazing condition! The only sign of age is at the edge where the gold sparkle wrap meets, but that's not seen from the front. Otherwise, it's in MINT condition. The only reason I am selling it is because of the noise bothering my neighbors. I plan to buy an electronic set. I hope it goes to a good home to enjoy as much as I did for 52 years!

You will see that only 1970 had that same style and color badge with no serial number, as well as the drums are made from 3-ply maple wood with clear lacquer finish and two maple rings for extra strength. Plus I bought them myself new in 1970 from Ken Brader’s Music Store in Easton, PA when I was 14 years old, with a little financial help from my parents.
